I grew up in a very poor family. A lot of my memories
involve my mom ignoring incoming phone calls. The phone would ring and she
would yell from across the house, “Don’t answer that! Dad didn’t get paid again. I
couldn’t pay the electric bill!” Or the phone bill, gas bill, mortgage…

If this is the way you think of people who work in Finance too,
then you’re going to be pleasantly surprised when you start working with
Shepherds College.
Whether you have questions about a charge on a tuition or
student CAM statement, or changes to your credit card, or if you’d like to set
up an Electronic Funds Transfer to pay on a student account, you’ll be talking
to Tiffany.
First of all, I’d like to point out that a name like "Tiffany"
automatically erases images like great white sharks, wood chippers and Gordon Ramsay.

Nope. Neither.
Tiffany is genuinely kind and approachable and looks at serving you as one
more way she can serve the Lord. She loves interacting with the students’
families, and she quickly becomes a favorite staff member of the students
themselves. It’s not uncommon to hear the excited shrieks of
“Tiffffanneeeeeeeee!!!” echo across campus when a student spots her in the
distance.
So pick up that phone without hesitation when you have an
account question that needs answers, or a billing concern that should be
addressed. Even make a call just to tell Tiffany a story of how the Lord is
providing for your student to be here. Those are her favorite kind of calls to receive.
